Karagh had her fourth session of chemo last week and wasn't great after it. She had very bad night terrors and couldn't sleep and went off her food. Felt so bad for her because she's normally fine after chemo!!
She is having another CT on the 20th of this month to decide whether or not she will have her operation to remove the tumor. I am dreading it because I hate having to fast her :(
We received a donation of €100 off a very nice lady in town here to help us with expenses. Greatly appreciated because times are hard now with all these extra expenses coming in. We have a donation page also that people have been putting money on for us. http://www.gofundme.com/dx1jg
We had a visit last week from two of the nicest people we have met. It really helped us as we got some great info from them. You know who you are & from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much xxx
Karagh was born on the 4th September 2011 a healthy 6lb 8.5oz. The happiest day of my life. On the 27th November 2011 we were told Karagh has cancer, she was 12 weeks old. Since her diagnosis she has had a tumor biopsy done, 2 bone marrow aspirations, a hickman line inserted, 3 months of chemotherapy, numerous sedations for ct scans & mibg scans, countless blood tests and urine tests. Karagh was declared NED (no evidence of disease) on the 2nd March 2012.
